LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) is an internationally recognized, third party Green building certification system and the generally accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high performance green buildings sponsored by the U.S. Green Building Council.

COXUSA believes that understanding the complex yet essential LEED program is paramount. As such COXUSA has endeavored to better understand the LEED program. To demonstrate this effort, COXUSA is one among few manufacturers who maintains a LEED AP on staff. COXUSA's LEED AP has a specialty in Interior Design and Construction (ID+C ).

The various LEED Accredited Professionals (AP) credentials offer professionals a designation designed to help them stand out in the building industry. These credentials help demonstrate knowledge in sustainable design, construction, operations and maintenance of buildings and communities.
